The challenge: a repeatable 20ft export-loading process
The customer needed to load 20ft containers with scrap for export under demanding daily yard conditions. The equipment had to be robust, straightforward to operate and suitable for a routine that operators could repeat across the site. A delivery of three trailers provided a consistent loading concept at multiple points.

The solution
Three custom vertical-loading trailers
VAKO engineered and built three MVL20 trailers for the customer’s 20ft containers and scrap flow. Each trailer positions a container upright so loose material can be loaded from above. The same equipment concept across all three units helps establish a consistent operating routine.

Delivered with operator instruction
The project included on-site training and practical instruction for positioning, loading and returning containers to their transport position. With three trailers in service, the customer has a repeatable 20ft scrap-loading setup for export operations.
