20ft Container Loading Trailer for Scrap Export

A large scrap metal trader in Saudi Arabia needed a reliable way to load 20-foot containers for scrap export. VAKO was commissioned to deliver three custom MVL20 trailers, built for this application and now in use at the customer’s locations.

The Challenge

Our Solution

VAKO supplied three MVL20 trailers based on a proven 20ft vertical loading design, tailored for scrap export loading. The core of the solution is not only the trailer itself, but the way it is engineered for real-world handling: robust where it needs to be, and simple where it matters most for day-to-day operation and upkeep.

The Process

The trailers were delivered as a complete solution, including on-site training and instruction. VAKO provided clear, practical guidance to the operators, focusing on correct and safe use. After training, the trailers were put into operation.

Result & Impact

With the MVL20 trailers in service, the customer can now load 20ft containers for scrap export in a safe and cost-efficient way. The customer has a standardized setup that is ready for daily yard conditions and supported by clear operational instruction from VAKO.
